The right person makes that happen with empathy, integrity, and follow-through.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Us</span></span></p>\n<p>Concierge Dental Group is a five-location dental practice in Western New York: Clarence, North Buffalo, Orchard Park, West Seneca, and Williamsville. We're hiring an experienced Treatment Plan Coordinator at our Clarence location (5363 Transit Rd.).</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What the Role Actually Looks Like</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sit down with patients after their clinical exam and walk them through the doctor's recommended plan in language they understand.</li>\n<li>Translate between the clinical team and the financial side — insurance questions, financing options, payment structures — so nothing stands between the patient and their care.</li>\n<li>Partner with the scheduling team to get accepted treatment on the books.</li>\n<li>Own measurable outcomes: case acceptance, scheduled production, and revenue contribution.</li>\n<li>Receive weekly coaching and continuing education from our dedicated leadership team.</li>\n<li>Build a real career path — strong TCs at CDG move into senior coordinator, lead, or office manager roles.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li> 2+ years in treatment coordination, dental case presentation, patient finance, or a comparable patient-facing role with measurable acceptance/conversion goals.</li>\n<li>Strong communicator — you can make a clinical conversation feel human, not transactional.</li>\n<li>Comfortable with practice management software (Open Dental experience a plus) and dental insurance/financing tools (CareCredit, Cherry, Lending Club, etc.)</li>\n<li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, dependable.</li>\n<li>Willing to occasionally support our other locations.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation and benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive base compensation plus performance-based bonus structure.</li>\n<li>Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401(k).</li>\n<li>Paid time off and paid holidays</li>\n<li>Continuing education support</li>\n<li>Structured onboarding and weekly training.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Honest Part</span><br></p>\n<p>We're a growing five-location group intentionally building one cohesive team across all of our offices.
