    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>As the Operations Analyst working for Hepburn and Sons LLC, you will support Data Analytics and Information Management tasking. We believe in collaboration, mutual respect, open communication, and opportunity for growth.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or performance data for review by managers and other stakeholders</li>\n <li>Identify and analyze industry trends with business strategy implications</li>\n <li>Analyze business intelligence and data to support recommendations for action and updates to processes and procedures</li>\n <li>Study work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, and cost analysis</li>\n <li>Compile reports, charts, graphs, and online content that describe and interpret findings of analyses</li>\n <li>Compile statistics from source materials such as program datasets and broader Navy information systems; Display them appropriately for their intended use </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in math, science, engineering, or related field</li>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years professional experience </li>\n <li>Active DoD Secret clearance</li>\n <li>10% travel </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master's degree in science, engineering, or related field </li>\n <li>Minimum of 7 years professional experience </li>\n</ul>",
