We specialize in manufacturing, selling, and assisting in a variety of high-performance high-speed doors.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p><strong>General Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p>· Achieve the required company quality standards ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction.</p>\n<p>· Using lean manufacturing, strive to exceed the company targets in productivity, efficiency, and quality on a continuous basis.</p>\n<p>· Ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are monitored, and targets achieved.</p>\n<p>· Ensure safe working practices are maintained and “Standard Operations” adhered to.</p>\n<p>· Ensure that non-conformance is challenged, and countermeasures are agreed and implemented.</p>\n<p>· Oversee support functions concerning production planning and resource/skill allocation to ensure delivery of products to schedule within all relevant quality specifications.</p>\n<p>· Support the implementation of engineering changes, production trials, model change and pilot build.</p>\n<p>· Knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes.</p>\n<p>· Full understanding of customer expectations and deliverables with an awareness of the impact of failure/cost of poor quality.</p>\n<p>· Promote Total Productive Maintenance procedures to further improve the availability of the line. Work with maintenance technicians regarding plant or machinery breakdowns.</p>\n<p>· Contribute to the improvement of working procedures by constantly looking for solutions to ensure the best productivity results and ensuring compliance with procedures, operating procedures, and work instructions.</p>\n<p>· Support the resolution of customer concerns. Identify and eliminate root causes using robust countermeasures. Sustain corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues.</p>\n<p>· Ensure that internal delivery processes are adhered to, support dispatch time windows.</p>\n<p>· Ensure all external and internal auditory standards and improvement requirements are met.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p>· Directly supervises 4 employees and indirectly 20+ within various departments.</p>\n<p>· Lead by example, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace is always maintained.</p>\n<p>· Motivate the team to create a high-performance culture where improvement suggestions are embraced. Utilize interpersonal styles, setting objectives and defining responsibilities to give a clear sense of direction.</p>\n<p>· Sustain and develop team working and team-based problem solving.</p>\n<p>· Communicate with the team by utilizing visual management, delivering shift briefs with focus on quality, cost, delivery, and gathering ideas for improvement.</p>\n<p>· Manage team members, giving direction and feedback to aid good performance.</p>\n<p>· Ability to build effective relationships with work colleagues.</p>\n<h2>What You Bring</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p>· Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Business Management or related field.</p>\n<p>· Computer skills required: Contract Management Systems; Development Software; Inventory Software; Microsoft Office Suite; Project Management Software</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Other skills required:</strong></p>\n<p>· Experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment (hands-on proven track record in metal fabrication).</p>\n<p>· Knowledge and understanding of lean techniques.</p>\n<p>· Knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources).</p>\n<p>· Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.</p>\n<p>· Technically competent, quick study, and excellent communication/people skills.</p>\n<p>· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and able to establish logical practical solutions.</p>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Summary of Benefits:</strong></p>\n<p>· Insurance includes medical, dental, vision, prescription, and life at no cost to the employee.</p>\n<p>· FSA and HSA medical spending accounts.</p>\n<p>· 401k with a match up to 4% of employee's paycheck.</p>\n<p>· Vacation and Company holidays.</p>\n<p>Salary: $100,000-$130,000 annually</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#IND1</p>",
