The position provides subject matter expertise in various domains of supply chain planning (demand, supply, manufacturing etc.) a hands-on systems knowledge and experience/exposure to AI in supply chain opportunities.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b><u>Responsibilities</u>:</b></p>\n<p><b>Lead Supply Chain Planning Transformation Program</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for implementation of Advanced Planning capabilities</li>\n <li>Manges portfolio of digital supply chain programs spanning across demand, supply, inventory and manufacturing planning</li>\n <li>Works across teams and external partners to drive major transformation program</li>\n <li>Scope, plan, and manage projects, quality of software development, risks, schedules, communication plans, and deliverables.</li>\n <li>Responsible for building a global template of supply chain planning capabilities and rollouts across 33+ and growing plants around the world</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Planning Product &amp; Architecture</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build supply chain planning capabilities as a Product</li>\n <li>Serves as primary IT contact to business stakeholders for all things planning</li>\n <li>Brings a DevOps mindset and helps expand it into a CoE&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Responsible for standardizing the planning global template and baselining with industry and tool standards&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Orchestrate executive-level partnerships with global integrators, utilizing performance scorecards to drive excellence in sustainability, cost, and capacity.</li>\n <li>Owns and manages relevant KPIs&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Team Leadership and Talent Development</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Mentor and grow a high-performing global team, fostering a data-driven culture to execute multi-year strategies&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Responsible for team development, hiring and onboarding new talent&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Thought Leadership &amp; Mentorship</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Revolutionize end-to-end supply chain models</li>\n <li>Serve as a senior technical mentor to data engineers, solution architects, and product teams</li>\n <li>Introduce best practices, emerging patterns, and modern architectural approaches</li>\n <li>Influence stakeholders across business and technology with strong communication, storytelling, and technical depth</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b><u>Requirements</u>:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related field.
