    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<b>Primary Duties and Responsibilities</b>\n<ul>\n<li>The Clinic Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing services to patients in an outpatient setting.</li>\n<li>This role performs nursing assessments in providing direct and indirect patient care, provides health advice, patient and family education, and may handle phone triage.</li>\n<li>Provides detailed evaluation of patient symptoms to determine urgency of situation, facilitates next steps in patient care, and provides medical advice on treating symptoms.</li>\n<li>Utilizes the nursing process based on research and evidence-based outcomes to meet patient care needs.</li>\n<li>Administers medications, collects specimen, and performs nursing procedures within scope of practice.</li>\n<li>Documents all nursing services provided.</li>\n<li>Collaborates with other members of the health care team to ensure the delivery of quality patient care and when facing ethical or legal issues.</li>\n<li>Facilitates appropriate utilization of healthcare resources.</li>\n<li>Enhances the patient experience.</li>\n<li>Provides services in compliance with all applicable regulatory and professional standards, including the California Nurse Practice Act.</li>\n<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>",
