Position Overview Are you someone who enjoys hands-on, skill-driven work and the satisfaction of transforming raw metal into finished, functional pieces? As a Shop Equipment Operator – 2nd Shift , you’ll be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where craftsmanship, precision, and pride in your work are valued every day. In this skilled role, you'll operate a wide range of material processing equipment—including CNC Press Brakes, Manual Press Brakes, Hydraulic Shears, CNC Lasers, Plasma Tables, Band Saws, Python machines, Tiger Stops, Iron Workers, and Plate Rolls—to accurately shape and prepare various metals like steel, aluminum, stainless, and galvanized materials. You’ll use your knowledge of fabrication, rigging, and material handling to cut, bend, and form structural shapes for a variety of industrial and commercial projects. With tiered advancement based on the number and complexity of machines you can operate proficiently, this position offers excellent opportunities to grow. You’ll also gain exposure to all aspects of industrial fabrication, work alongside a supportive and skilled team, and contribute to high-impact work that truly makes a difference. This role requires flexibility, with second shift hours (Monday - Thursday 4PM - 2AM), as well as a strong understanding of our products, services, and safety standards.
