Job Summary/Overview The Business Operations Coordinator provides routine administrative and clerical support to the General Manager and leadership team. This role helps ensure the efficient day‑to‑day functioning of the office by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and handling general administrative tasks. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Administrative Support Provide daily administrative support to the General Manager Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations Answer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Meeting & Communication Support Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and distribute follow‑up materials Assist with internal communications as directed by the General Manager Office & Routine Tasks Order office supplies and maintain inventory Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when needed Support basic data entry and reporting tasks including maintaining weekly key performance indicators. Assist with other clerical or administrative duties as assigned Confidentiality & Professionalism Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Serve as a professional point of contact for visitors, vendors, and internal employees Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities Ability to build relationships both internally and externally to support customer needs Ability to organize, prioritize, and approach tasks with a sense of urgency Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional written and verbal communication Attention to detail Discretion and professionalism Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree in business or related field, preferred. 1+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills Previous experience supporting leadership preferred Familiarity with basic office and administrative procedures Valid driver license Compensation $20 - $22+ per hour, depending on experience Work Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Benefits Free coffee daily 11 paid holidays Vacation and paid sick time Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, effective day 1 401(k) with company match Paid parental leave Tuition assistance Disability insurance Dress for your day
