font-size: 15px\"><strong>SUMMARY</strong><strong>:</strong> Responsible for supervising the Seal &amp; Stripe Crew to ensure that each job is completed in a timely and quality-conscious manner, utilizing the resources of labor, equipment, and materials in the most efficient and effective manner.  Represent Bonness Inc. with professionalism when on the jobsite, dealing with an owner, or working with a general contractor or other subcontractors involved with the project.<br><br><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong><strong> </strong></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">  <strong>Supervision and Development</strong><strong><em>:</em></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Ensure that all personnel under your supervision comply with company policies and procedures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Train direct reports on procedure, safety, and proper equipment operation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Responsible for on-site material management and coordination of material delivery schedule</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Notify the Mechanic and Supervisor of any equipment problems </span></li>\n<li>Operate all company trucks and heavy equipment in a safe and responsible manne</li>\n<li>Inform Superintendent of any personnel issues or needs </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"><strong>  Job Costing</strong><strong><em>:</em></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Review the Scope of Work with the Superintendent before starting a new job </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Complete the job within estimated cost and quality expectations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Record crew time, equipment time, and job information daily on Foreman’s Reports in accordance with the job cost requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Recommend foreseen change orders to  the Superintendent as early as possible</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Give sufficient notice to your Supervisor of upcoming crew absences to ensure that jobs, equipment, and personnel can be scheduled accordingly </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"><strong>  Safety</strong><strong><em>:</em></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Ensure that a safe work environment is maintained in accordance with company Safety Policies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Immediately report all safety violations and accidents to Supervisor, Safety Director, and HR Manager</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Fill out Accident Investigation reports</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Responsible for daily maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment that will be used by your crew</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Responsible for the proper MOT on jobsites</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"><strong>Job Requirements and Qualifications</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">High School Diploma, GED or the equivalent</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Three to five years’ experience in road construction and working with Asphalt</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"> Valid Drivers License </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Ability to learn and utilize time-tracking and job costing software Knowledge of hazards and safety precautions associated with heavy-equipment operation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Leadership skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Manage employee schedules and overtime in an efficient manner</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;
