By working directly with insurance providers, we give our customers peace of mind when they need it most.</p><h2>Position Summary</h2><p>The Lead Water Damage Technician is a key leadership role responsible for managing and working alongside a team of technicians to ensure the successful completion of restoration projects. This is a working lead position, meaning the individual will perform hands-on restoration work while also overseeing day-to-day operations on job sites.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;This position ensures that all work is conducted safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
