With a positive attitude, we can provide you with the training, knowledge and experience to succeed. </span></p>\n<p><span>Key Responsibilities</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Work with an established production team to build acoustic transmitters </span></li>\n<li><span>Assemble miniature electronics and small mechanical parts </span></li>\n<li><span>Work under a microscope, with a steady hand and an eye for detail </span></li>\n<li><span>Learn build processes for multiple products and stations</span></li>\n<li><span>Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement projects </span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure production standards, quality, and safety are maintained at every step </span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain an organized workspace </span></li>\n<li><span>Operate within standard operating procedures and to quality standards</span></li>\n<li><span>All required training is provided </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Grade 12 or equivalent experience and capability </span></li>\n<li><span>Proficient with Windows operating system </span></li>\n<li><span>Basic computing skills: Email and file/folder navigation </span></li>\n<li><span>Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work on repetitive tasks</span></li>\n<li><span>Work well in a team environment, as well as use your own initiative</span></li>\n<li><span>Operate with safety as a priority</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent communication skills </span></li>\n<li><span>Adaptable to change</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to sit for long periods of time with ability to move around</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to learn and operate machinery</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<p><span>Our full-time employees enjoy a range of benefits that support work-life balance, health, and long-term success.
