We’re looking for a collaborative safety professional who can support field operations, build strong relationships onsite, and help drive a proactive safety culture.</p>\n<p>This role will support a major commercial construction project in Danville, Pennsylvania. The Safety Manager will work closely with project leadership and trade partners to help maintain a safe and compliant work environment throughout all phases of construction.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide daily onsite safety oversight for active construction operations</li>\n <li>Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments to ensure OSHA compliance and safe work practices</li>\n <li>Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and orientation support</li>\n <li>Assist with incident investigations, corrective actions, and safety documentation</li>\n <li>Partner closely with project teams, subcontractors, and field leadership to reinforce a proactive safety culture</li>\n <li>Support high-risk construction activities including material handling, heavy equipment operations, excavation, overhead work, and confined space activities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of commercial construction safety experience preferred</li>\n <li>Previous healthcare, hospital, or large-scale commercial construction experience preferred</li>\n <li>Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices</li>\n <li><strong>OSHA 500 required</strong></li>\n <li>CPR/First Aid certification required</li>\n <li><strong>CHST certification strongly preferred</strong></li>\n <li>Strong communication skills and field presence</li>\n <li>Embody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, Accountability</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Relocation and long term travelers will be considered</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>HazTek Safety Management is a full-service, objective safety partner, founded in 1997.
