Responsibilities What will I be doing? Build Rapport: Engage with our product owners in face-to-face interactions, establishing meaningful connections and fostering positive relationships. Identify Needs: Create a compelling case for additional products through effective communication and understanding of the customer's travel preferences. Customer Service Excellence: Uphold HGV's dedication to exceptional customer service, ensuring every owner's experience is memorable and satisfying. Sales Process Mastery: Follow HGV's industry-leading sales process to guide potential customers seamlessly through their vacation ownership journey. Communications: Use various forms of communication (email, telephone, online/virtual, and written) to work with Guests and Owners. Relationship Building: Perform follow-up interactions to complete a sale with Guests and Owners online using appropriate HGV technology and adhering to HGV inventory selling guidelines. WHY DO TEAM MEMBERS LIKE WORKING FOR US? Day ONE health benefits. Excellent earnings package and uncapped commissions. Outstanding health care options (medical, dental, and vision that encourage preventative care). Paid Time Off (PTO) that allows for adventure, rest, relaxation or recuperation.
