    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">Details:</span></p>\n<p>Job Title: Childcare Associate</p>\n<p>Hours Per Week: Tuesdays 9:00am - 5:00pm and/or Thursdays 9:00am - 5:00pm</p>\n<p>This position reports to: JKids Director</p>\n<p>The Mission: JKids exists to empower ALL kids to experience life in Jesus</p>\n<p>Required: Background Check provided by Jubilee</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span>A Heart to Serve and a Passion for Children</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>The number one priority is the responsibility for the children in your care </span></li>\n<li><span>Supervise and oversee the safety and security of children</span></li>\n<li><span>Act as a positive role model and treat each child with dignity and respect</span></li>\n<li><span>Engage the children in classroom activities which may include bible story time, crafts, worship songs, free play, games, or other age appropriate activities</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide a clean and healthy environment for kids, following all safety policies and procedures</span></li>\n<li><span>Reporting all concerns regarding child or parent behaviors to the JKids Director</span></li>\n<li><span>Greet parents, establish trust and rapport by building relationships with the children in your care</span></li>\n<li><span>Thoroughly clean and sanitize toys, chairs, tables and floors after use</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">Job Essentials:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Christ Follower (As a religious organization, Jubilee Fellowship Church makes hiring decisions that are aligned to our faith and beliefs)</span></li>\n<li><span>Previous experience working with children is preferred</span></li>\n<li><span>Must be available to work flexible schedule,  weekday shifts, and/or holiday shifts while maintaining good attendance and punctuality</span></li>\n<li><span>A passion for caring for children who can relate well to both the kids and adults</span></li>\n<li><span>Must be able to lift, hold and carry up to 30 lbs. </span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to appropriately handle stressful situations</span><br></li>\n<li><span><span>Promote Jubilee's values to Love God, Love People, Value Excellence, and Value Hard Work</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>",
