As a Customer Service Agent, you will leave everyday feeling fulfilled because you have the power to create a positive start to a passenger’s trip. Don’t let that smile go to waste, be the first to greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.</li>\n <li>This position provides the perfect balance if you enjoy computers and learning new programs. You will be able to utilize our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes all while interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.</li>\n <li>No time for the gym? You will get a good workout in while lifting the customers’ bags onto the belt and seeing them off to their destination.</li>\n <li>Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner while also achieving on-time departures and arrivals.</li>\n <li>No need for a gym membership as you will be getting your workout in by lifting luggage throughout your shift.</li>\n <li>Ability to cruise on the tarmac in our company vehicles while getting the bags to their destination.</li>\n <li>Tired of being stuck inside all day? Our shifts may vary and include irregular and/or extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
