    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position:                       Planting and Seeding Systems Team Lead</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Employment Type:   Full-time</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Employment Class:  Hourly, Non-Exempt</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Supervisor:                  Production Center Manager</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Job Summary </span></p>\n<p>The Planting &amp; Seeding Systems Team Lead is responsible for the end-to-end execution of order fulfillment for assigned product lines, including picking, assembly, and packing. This role leads daily production activities, ensures order accuracy and on-time shipment, and drives continuous improvement in workflow, quality, and team performance. The position serves as the primary point of coordination between assembly, warehouse, and order management functions to ensure a seamless flow from order release through shipment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Duties/Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead daily fulfillment activities including picking, assembly, and packing. </li>\n<li>Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. </li>\n<li>Monitor order flow and resolve bottlenecks. </li>\n<li>Coordinate with Product Management and Sales on priority orders. </li>\n<li>Assign and balance daily work across team members. </li>\n<li>Provide hands-on leadership during peak periods. </li>\n<li>Train and onboard employees on processes and safety. </li>\n<li>Support team development and performance management. </li>\n<li>Maintain high standards for order accuracy and packaging quality. </li>\n<li>Ensure proper picking, assembly completeness, and labeling. </li>\n<li>Investigate errors and implement corrective actions. </li>\n<li>Promote attention to detail across all fulfillment steps. </li>\n<li>Support and enforce standardized work and SOPs. </li>\n<li>Collaborate with Engineering to improve BOM and workflows. </li>\n<li>Lead initiatives to reduce errors and improve efficiency. </li>\n<li>Support implementation of systems such as barcode scanning and visual management. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> <br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Supervisory Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p>This supervisory role includes direct responsibility for Level I<br>picking team members and, in practice, leadership and support for all Production Center Team Members.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Other Duties </span></p>\n<p>The position will have other duties not specifically defined above that are essential for the overall success of SurePoint Ag.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Being a member of the SurePoint Ag Team</span></p>\n<p>In addition to the specific duties detailed above, you are expected to provide support and assistance in achieving the overall goals and objectives of SurePoint Ag through collaboration, teamwork and communication.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Required Skills/Abilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Motivated Self-starter with a great work ethic that will stay on task</li>\n<li>Strong organization &amp; analytical skills</li>\n<li>Ability to gain knowledge through experiential learning</li>\n<li>Excellent communication &amp; people skills</li>\n<li>Strong working relationships with other SurePoint Departments and suppliers</li>\n<li>Problem-solver— Ability to evaluate a situation, determine possible solutions, and implement the solution determined to be the best course of action</li>\n<li>Embrace a dynamic and constantly changing workplace</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Location</span></p>\n<p>This position will be located at SurePoint Ag Systems in Atwood, KS.</p>\n<p> </p>",
