The work environment is dynamic and engaging, as associates are encouraged to bring enthusiasm to their roles, creating fun and memorable experiences for guests. Associates play a crucial role in delivering a variety of engaging activities that reflect and uphold the core values of Integrity, Courtesy, and Inclusiveness, which are central to the Carowinds experience.
