You will own complex integrations, build scalable multi-tenant solutions, collaborate on cross-platform architecture, mentor team members, and contribute to our long-term technical roadmap.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><em><strong>Design &amp; Development</strong></em></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end development of Shopify themes using Liquid, JSON templates, sections, and reusable components</li><li>Architect custom/private Shopify apps using Shopify Admin, Storefront, and GraphQL APIs</li><li>Where necessary, build hybrid and headless storefronts integrated with AWS-hosted BUMP microservices</li><li>Create scalable solutions optimized for high-traffic draw days and national campaigns</li></ul><p><em><strong>Solution Architecture</strong></em></p><ul><li>Define integration patterns between Shopify and BUMP systems (payments, identity, CRM, ticket issuance)</li><li>Create scalable data flows using MySQL, APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns</li><li>Collaborate on architecture for large-scale lottery and charitable gaming initiatives</li></ul><p><strong><em>Security &amp; Compliance</em></strong></p><ul><li>Apply OWASP security principles across the stack</li><li>Implement hardened webhook verification, secure sessions, and secret management</li><li>Support compliance workflows unique to regulated charitable gaming</li></ul><p><strong><em>Payments, POS &amp; eCommerce</em></strong></p><ul><li>Integrate Shopify Payments and approved third-party processors</li><li>Ensure accurate financial reconciliation workflows and settlement reporting</li></ul><p><strong><em>DevOps, Observability &amp; Support</em></strong></p><ul><li>Support the Bump DevOps team in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for theme and app deployments</li><li>Implement observability across Shopify, Node/Laravel services, and front-end performance metrics</li><li>Provide third-level technical support and lead root-cause investigations</li></ul><p><em><strong>Collaboration &amp; Leadership</strong></em></p><ul><li>Partner with Design, Product, and Charity teams on UX and conversion optimization</li><li>Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards and architectural reviews</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
