In collaboration with the Warehouse Supervisor, oversee efficient operation of warehouse and transportation functions, including storage, delivery, equipment maintenance, and safety.</li>\n <li>Assure inventory accuracy on all finished goods by conducting daily cycle counts. Analyze and research discrepancies and provide resolutions. Provide support to other departments to improve their cycle count programs.</li>\n <li>Develop recommendations on additional stocking and distribution locations needed to support growing worldwide business. Provide training and on-going support to new warehouse locations.</li>\n <li>Develop, implement and monitor standard operating procedures for warehousing and shipping activities.</li>\n <li>Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing performance feedback. Train, coach, take disciplinary action when needed and provide recognition to employees to achieve continuous improvement.</li>\n <li>Develop and implement action plans for technology improvements and process changes to improve productivity and quality.</li>\n <li>Plan future requirements for Shipping personnel, facilities, and equipment by evaluating Shipping productivity, projected product volumes, and product mix.</li>\n <li>Exhibit a strong sense of safety and of enforcing safe work practices. Ensure that FDA, ISO, OSHA and DOT standards for warehousing, distribution and employee safety are met.</li>\n <li>Responsible and accountable for carrying out the requirements of the company's quality system.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge/Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate's degree in business, Supply Chain, or Operations Management; APICS certification; or equivalent experience. </li>\n <li>Minimum of 4 years-related supervisory experience preferably in a warehouse/distribution environment.</li>\n <li>Some experience/background in regional/national/international transportation management preferred.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated expertise in inventory control/accuracy processes.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of warehouse management systems. Knowledgeable in all aspects of shipping, order fulfillment, logistics, and distribution.</li>\n <li>Proven experience in process improvement and productivity achievement.</li>\n <li>Solid knowledge and understanding of warehouse management software.</li>\n <li>Experience in developing and implementing warehouse policies and procedures in an FDA or ISO quality system.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills/Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent customer focus and solid analytical and problem-solving skills; must operate with a sense of urgency.</li>\n <li>Extremely organized with the ability to work on and manage multiple activities within tight timelines. </li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, training and motivational skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift 50lbs with or without accommodations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary and Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$30.50/hr. - $37.50/hr. depending on experience <em>(Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range).</em>  </li>\n <li>Insurance: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Medical, Dental & Vision</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Life & Company paid Disability</li>\n <li>Retirement Plan (401k): \n  <ul>\n   <li>4% automatic Company contribution</li>\n   <li>Fujifilm matches 50 cents for every dollar you contribute, up to 6% of your salary</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Paid Time Off: \n  <ul>\n   <li>You can accrue up to 120 hours of PTO in your first year of employment</li>\n   <li>PTO increases based on years of service</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Employee Choice Holidays:\n  <ul>\n   <li>32 hours additional paid time off, based on date of hire in the calendar year</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Paid Holidays:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Eight (8) paid holidays per year</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p>FUJIFILM Sonosite offers a fantastic compensation package, including benefits, and a 401k program.
