A</span><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">s a Sprinkler Technician, your responsibilities are to repair and service commercial sprinkler systems. This, along with installs/tenant improvement will be done safely, efficiently and accurately according to blueprint specifications, building codes and the Company’s commitment to quality.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Service and repair commercial sprinkler systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Installation of new system, retrofits, tenant improvements and residential dwellings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Reporting and reading plans</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Installation of dry-pipe and pre-action systems installation of underground fire lines and related apparatuses</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Run new projects and complete system on time and correctly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Knowledgeable of NFPA 13, 13R, 13D, 14, 20, &amp; 25</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Knowledgeable in the installation of Steel pipe, CPVC, C-900 &amp; ductile iron piping</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Skills/Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Install Sprinkler mains and line piping using a variety of materials (Sch. 40 &amp; Sch. 10 black and or galvanized pipe and fittings, CPVC pipe and fittings) per blueprint specifications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Install a variety of Sprinkler Systems (Wet, Dry, Deluge, Pre-action, Fire Pumps) per blueprints, specifications and building codes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Install valves, devices and trim for system risers, alarm valves, dry pipe valves, Pre-action valves, and Backflow Prevention devices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Installs sprinkler heads for a wide range of applications per blueprint and knowledge of applicable sprinkler codes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Proficient in the use of Pipe Threaders, Groovers, hand and power tools</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Be knowledgeable and adhere to all OSHA and CFP’s Safety Standards </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">High School Diploma or equivalent</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Ability to solve problems using NFPA code</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Ability to work in unusual and sometimes difficult position such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Ability to work flexible hours including weekends to meet customer requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Demonstrate a high level of customer service, strong organization skills, and positive attitude</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Pass a pre-employment background check</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px\">Perform other duties as assigned</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;
