Maintain accurate, organized, completed, and detailed records and develop and maintain reports as required or assigned• Maintain open communication between Dean, PD’s, and Student Affairs to identify high-risk students• Continuously monitor academically at-risk students and recorded activities, progress and communications within the student management system• Maintain an encouraging, supportive, and positive attitude• Proctor examinations as needed• Track and document all work and support activities to permit analysis of areas for improvement• Additional duties as assigned</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Your Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>• Minimum of an associate degree, bachelor’s degree preferred, and experience in related field• Teaching experience and experience with online learning/learning systems required• Experience working with adult learners, first generation college students, and students from diverse backgrounds• Knowledgeable in human dynamics: Understanding the needs and challenges of our students.• Strong organizational skills: Managing various aspects of student affairs.• Ability to interact effectively: Build relationships with students, faculty, and staff.• Strong telephone communication skills: Connecting with students and addressing their needs. </p>",
