    "description": "<p><span>Come join our growing team of Medical Billing Specialists at Convergence!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>As a medical billing specialist you will oversee the processing of all billing claims made by our client's emergency and medical services.</span></p>\n<p><span>We are looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented, and computer savvy person to join our women's team.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>This position is 9am-4pm, 5 days per week in our offices in Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem. </span></p>\n<p><span>Salary is 55 NIS/hour.</span></p>\n<p>Full training provided.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Must be legally eligible to work in Israel and possess English fluency!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities of the position include:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Overseeing the billing of all claims - ensure that these are timely and accurately submitted - review rejection rates for each location, follow up with staff as necessary</span></li>\n<li><span>Collections and follow on all claims</span></li>\n<li><span>File and track all appeals of denied claims or partially paid claims - may be delegated as discretion allows, but must make sure all are tracked, followed up on and resolved</span></li>\n<li><span>Revenue charging/reconciliation to properly record revenue - work with accountants to ensure that the subsidiary ledger reflects proper balances and is adjusted as claims are paid or written off</span></li>\n<li><span>Review proposed write off documentation and approve per policy; ensure any 'C -level' approvals are obtained if necessary. Periodically track and trend write off amounts and reasons for review by management.</span></li>\n<li><span>Collections and follow up - may be split up by insurance or by site dependent upon staff qualifications and volume</span></li>\n<li><span>Rebilling of claims as needed</span></li>\n<li><span>Statement processing</span></li>\n</ul>",
