This role partners across engineering, operations, and leadership teams to drive capital projects, improve system performance, and standardize best practices. You’ll contribute to high-impact initiatives involving high-speed bottling, packaging systems, and finished goods handling while supporting Sazerac’s continued growth.</p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Lead and support capital projects focused on bottling, packaging, and material handling systems</li>\n <li> Serve as a technical resource for process optimization, troubleshooting, and performance improvement</li>\n <li> Develop functional design specifications (FDS), cost models, and support vendor selection</li>\n <li> Partner cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and standardization across sites</li>\n <li> Support capacity planning, process documentation, and long-term engineering initiatives</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications/Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Systems, or related field)</li>\n <li> 2–7 years of engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing or process-driven industries</li>\n <li> Experience leading capital projects, process improvements, or change management initiatives</li>\n <li> Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li>\n <li> Ability to work full-time onsite and travel up to 50% (sites in KY & IN)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Experience with high-speed bottling, packaging systems, or material handling equipment</li>\n <li> Background in food, beverage, distilling, or similar regulated industries</li>\n <li> Project management or continuous improvement certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Ability to lift up to 50 pounds</li>\n <li> Ability to work near moving mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-onsite</p>\n<p>#LI-TH1</p>\n<h2>Culture and Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>Culture and Benefits:</strong></p>\n<p>Sazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
