    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Parts Counter Sales Representatives are responsible for front-line customer service in a variety of parts ordering functions. Responsibilities include assisting customers, taking parts orders, researching technical data for the correct part or parts and data entry.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $23.00 per hour based upon experience.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>First Shift Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturday morning hours.</li>\n <li>Ability to travel to other locations in the MA/RI region for coverage.</li>\n <li>Monitor and close open sales orders and purchase orders.</li>\n <li>Greet all customers and answer phones in a polite and timely fashion.</li>\n <li>Utilize formatted phone script when answering calls.</li>\n <li>Process customer and shop orders, back orders, credits and quotes.</li>\n <li>Look up parts via supplied computer programs for CAT and other brands we service.</li>\n <li>Handle cash and credit payments and returns per procedures.</li>\n <li>Resolve customer issues or concerns as necessary.</li>\n <li>Assist with other administrative needs.</li>\n <li>Assisting customers after hours when on call.</li>\n <li>Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.</li>\n <li>Able and willing to perform warehouse duties as assigned.</li>\n <li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or (GED) equivalent.</li>\n <li>Advanced PC skills with the ability to learn and teach others.</li>\n <li>Flexibility to work extended hours and overtime as needed.</li>\n <li>Strong verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy. Basic math skills.</li>\n <li>Able to lift 50 pounds.</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license and good driving record.</li>\n <li>Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced distribution center environment.</li>\n <li>bility to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations.</li>\n <li>Ability to work with minimal supervision.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
