          "text": "<p>We are seeking an <strong>Upstream Bioprocessing Technician</strong> to support mammalian cell culture operations and small-scale bioprocess development activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to <strong>bioreactor systems, upstream workflows, and laboratory operations supporting biotherapeutic development</strong>.</p><p>The technician will work closely with scientists to prepare equipment, maintain lab readiness, and assist in upstream experimental execution.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support <strong>upstream bioprocessing activities</strong>, including preparation and maintenance of mammalian cell culture systems</li><li>Assist with <strong>2L bioreactor setup, assembly, and sterilization</strong> for process development studies</li><li>Perform <strong>autoclaving of glassware and reactor components</strong> prior to cell culture operations</li><li>Maintain cleanroom/laboratory readiness, including workspace organization and equipment upkeep</li><li>Manage <strong>lab inventory</strong>, reagents, and consumables to ensure uninterrupted operations</li><li>Coordinate with internal stocking teams to maintain appropriate supply levels</li><li>Assist scientists with <strong>experimental setup and execution</strong></li><li>Maintain accurate and compliant <strong>documentation of lab activities</strong></li><li>Support general lab operations and continuous workflow efficiency</li></ul>",
