Come, stay, and grow with us.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<li>Build and manage pricing models (e.g., elasticity models, discounting frameworks, SKU-level profitability)</li>\n<li> Conduct competitive benchmarking and customer segmentation analyses to support pricing recommendations </li>\n<li> Design executive dashboards in Power BI (DAX knowledge preferred) to create real-time visibility into revenue, margin, pricing, and spend trends</li>\n<li>Develop high-impact presentations for the executive team—covering performance trends, pricing proposals, strategic initiatives, and investment cases</li>\n<li>Standardize templates and storytelling frameworks for monthly business reviews, Investor Day prep, and strategic meetingsAnalyze procurement, SG&A, and operational spend patterns to identify productivity opportunities</li>\n<li>Support strategic planning with scenario modeling and long-range planning</li>\n<li>Prior Knowledge of SAP and should have flexibility to adapt to different ERPs/Reporting tools.</li>\n<li>Proficient in MS office – Excel, PPT, WORD</li>\n<li>Should be a self-motivated & enthusiastic person with a zeal to learn things</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>CA with 5 – 8 years (or) MBA from top tier university with minimum 8 years’ experience in FP&A and Strategic Projects.</li>\n <li>Excellent Communication with Strategic thinking and Business acumen.</li>\n <li>Advanced Analytical and Modeling Skills.</li>\n <li>Good with MS Office Tools (MS Power point and Excel)</li>\n</ul>",
