Join our mission-driven team as a Mobile Medical Receptionist and help expand access to care through mobile health services that support underserved populations.<br><br><strong>Your Role &amp; Impact</strong><br><br>As a Mobil Medical Receptionist, you&#8217;ll drive and operate mobile health units, support patient registration and billing, and ensure compliance with safety and reporting standards. You&#8217;ll be the face of TrueCare at community events, helping patients access medical and dental services while maintaining a high level of customer service and confidentiality.<br><br><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For <u><em>(THIS POSITION IS TEMPORARY FOR 6-9 MONTHS)</em></u></strong><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Minimum 2 years of administrative/clerical experience</li><li>Familiarity with medical and/or dental terminology</li><li>Knowledge of professional and ethical standards of healthcare delivery</li><li>Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and EHR data entry</li><li>Availability to work outside of standard hours and on Saturdays</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish</li><li><strong>Valid California Class C Driver&#8217;s License</strong></li><li><strong>Ability to safely drive and operate a 36' and 40' mobile unit (training provided)</strong></li><li>Bonus: Associate degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field; experience in medical/dental office or community health clinic setting</li></ul><strong>Why Join Us</strong><br>We&#8217;re a mission-driven healthcare organization committed to making quality care accessible for everyone.
