Within this role, you will be responsible for coordinating material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements. In addition, you will provide status updates to internal customers of work in progress, material availability, and potential production barriers.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Logistics support to the programs includes packaging, handling, shipping, and transportation of equipment in accordance with company standards, as well as receipt, storage, issuance, tracking, documentation, and control of equipment.</li><li>Coordinate with government shipping and government management to provide timely responses and solutions.</li><li>Perform efficiently in warehouse and dispatch environment by handling incoming and outgoing deliveries.</li><li>Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering them and distributing packages and letters within the company.</li><li>Maintain the company inventory by routinely organizing cleaning and cataloging items.</li><li>Schedule large shipments and coordinate storage space for incoming items and staff for shipment management.</li><li>Manage issues arising in shipping or inventory handling.</li><li>Troubleshoot and solve shipping issues and customer complaints that arise.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory and location of all items at all times.</li><li>Document all logistic movement.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>2+ years of relevant experience in industrial construction with a background in warehouse tracking and inventory of &nbsp;materials received and issued to construction.</li></ul><ul><li>Must be able to successfully complete all required pre-hire requirements.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical/Site Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Lift and carry heavy items weighing up to 45 pounds.</li><li>Move in and around confined and cluttered places, and uneven areas. Full range of motion and flexibility consistent with&nbsp;age.</li><li>Work up to a 12-hour shift in varying temperature extremes and other outside&nbsp;conditions.</li><li>Climb and maintain balance on steel framework, stairs, ladders, and&nbsp;scaffolds.</li><li>Work at heights with fall protection, work from manlifts, baskets, JLG&rsquo;s etc.</li><li>PPE footwear/prescription safety glasses or eye shields required. &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Graywolf Integrated Construction Company is an equal opportunity employer.
