They bring expertise in live and recorded audio production and provide engineering support for worship, ministries and special event productions.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Essential Responsibilities and Expectations</strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assist with the maintenance and repair of all audio equipment deployed across the campus.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assist in the development, training, and mentoring of Tech Producers, volunteer teams and team leaders to assist in the audio aspects of production.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Directly manage the set up and striking of the stage including, but not limited to audio cables, wedge monitors, mic stands, music stands, direct boxes, mics, IEMs, etc.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Recruit, train, mentor, and empower all audio volunteers for weekly &amp; weekend events.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Attend required staff meetings, program/planning meetings, and technical rehearsals.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;
