Join our team and be a part of our success story!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview:</span> Ready Mix Drivers play a crucial role in our operations by operating heavy-duty gasoline or diesel-powered tandem, rear axle, or single unit vehicles to transport ready-mix, aggregate, water, materials, and equipment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Communicate with customers and dispatch regarding product delivery and other important information.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Safely deliver products to project locations in a timely manner. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on equipment as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Secure items for transport and maintain proper load balance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Complete daily driver inspections and promptly report any issues to supervisors or fleet managers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Maintain accurate truck logs in compliance with government regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Inspect and maintain truck and construction equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Operate hand and power tools as necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Adhere to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and participate in Company-wide safety goals.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Must be 18 years of age.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Valid driver's license and good driving record; <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>CDL Class B required</em></span>.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Tanker endorsement and medical card are optional but useful.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Forklift Operator certification (provided by Dells Materials Company).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Ability to follow written and oral instructions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Ability to work collaboratively with others.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Equipment operator experience is helpful.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Availability for overtime and weekend work when required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Position is subject to seasonal winter layoff periods.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\">Physical Demands &amp; Work Environment:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Regular standing and frequent walking.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently and occasionally more than 100 pounds.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Multiple entries and exits from trucks/equipment during the day.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Exposure to moving mechanical parts, outdoor weather conditions, and loud noise.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"> Occasional exposure to high places, wet/humid conditions, fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold/heat, risk of electrical shock, and vibration.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\">Benefits &amp; Perks:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">We believe in rewarding our employees for their dedication and hard work.
