  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block-->Primary responsibilities of a Machine Operator are to:</div><ul><li><!--block-->Set up and perform safe start-ups at the beginning of each shift.&nbsp; Think safety.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Conduct prompt start-ups, timely shutdowns, and precise changeovers from one product to another.</li><li><!--block-->Recording accurate production output and downtime.</li><li><!--block-->Record and maintain Quality Control throughout the machine process.</li><li><!--block-->Maintain proper sanitation of the equipment and production environment according to plant GMP’s.</li><li><!--block-->Complete all SQF related documentation.</li><li><!--block-->Will operate the cook room overall including the Blending and Packaging processes.</li><li><!--block-->Frequent Forklift operation including stand-up and sit down lifts.</li><li><!--block-->Follow all Food Safety procedures and policies.</li><li><!--block-->Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel, possibly including, but not limited to, preventive maintenance and cleaning.</li><li><!--block-->Occasional plant Sanitation duties.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
