It also involves significant client engagement, from pre-sales through project execution, ensuring that solutions are tailored to client needs while aligning with business objectives.</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong>Senior Director, Oracle Cloud HCM Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive Oracle HCM solutions, including system configuration, integration, and optimization.</span></li>\n <li><span>Drive sales growth by supporting the development of proposals, crafting innovative solutions, and delivering impactful client presentations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Partner with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to revenue targets.</span></li>\n <li><span>Guide clients through the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.</span></li>\n <li><span>Provide thought leadership in Oracle HCM processes, including best practices, white papers, and intellectual capital.</span></li>\n <li><span>Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a high-performance culture within the practice.</span></li>\n <li><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HCM solutions within broader enterprise systems.</span></li>\n <li><span>Use data and analytics to inform client decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR operations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain strong executive presence and build lasting client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong>Senior Director, Oracle Cloud HCM Qualifications:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).</span></li>\n <li><span>10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including Oracle HCM systems and HR technology.</span></li>\n <li><span>Deep expertise in Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll, Time &amp; Labor, Learning).</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong project leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide complex HR technology projects.</span></li>\n <li><span>Exceptional interpersonal and executive communication abilities.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience in consulting, business development, and client relationship management.</span></li>\n <li><span>Oracle HCM module certifications<strong>&nbsp;</strong>preferred.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
