We are currently seeking <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Holistic Youth &amp; Family Advisors (HYFA)</span> to provide <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Functional Family Therapy (FFT)</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Family Check-Up (FCU)</span> services to families in need of support, guidance, and empowerment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Functional Family Therapy (FFT)</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Family Check-Up (FCU)</span> are both evidence-based, strength-focused approaches designed to improve family relationships, enhance communication, and reduce problem behaviors in youth.</p>\n<p>As a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Holistic Youth &amp; Family Advisor</span>, you will deliver these interventions to help families build stronger connections, develop effective parenting strategies, and sustain lasting positive change.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This position offers <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">growth opportunities, upward mobility, and competitive pay.</span> If you are passionate about strengthening families and making a lasting impact, we want to hear from you. Compensation is $400 A Month Per Case (up to 12 cases).</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Purpose</span></span></p>\n<p>To positively impact at-risk youth (ages 2–17) and their parents or guardians who face barriers to success. Through FFT and FCU, families are guided to strengthen parenting skills, improve family management practices, and foster emotional, behavioral, and academic growth for their children.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend all required trainings, consultations, and supervisions to become certified/qualified in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Functional Family Therapy (FFT)</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Family Check-Up (FCU)</span> delivery.</li>\n<li>Provide <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">home- and community-based services</span> to identified at-risk families.</li>\n<li>Implement the FFT and FCU models using motivational interviewing, family systems principles, and parent skills training.</li>\n<li>Build strong, trusting relationships with youth and caregivers to support engagement and long-term success.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with agency staff, case managers, and community partners through meetings, consultations, and regular communication.</li>\n<li>Connect families to appropriate community resources and follow-up services.</li>\n<li>Act as a positive role model and uphold the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Life Push brand of excellence</span> in all interactions.</li>\n<li>Respect cultural differences and support each family’s right to self-determination and independence.</li>\n<li>Attend required supervisions, company meetings, and participate in both internal and external presentations.</li>\n<li>Contribute to special company programs and initiatives as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Requirements</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be at least <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">21 years of age</span>.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bachelor’s degree (4-year)</span> in human services, counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">required</span>.</li>\n<li>Minimum <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2 years of experience</span> preferred in counseling, mental health, or family support programs.</li>\n<li>Must be able and willing to work flexible hours (afternoons, evenings, and some weekends).</li>\n<li>Must have a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">valid driver’s license</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">good driving record</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">reliable transportation</span>, and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">proof of insurance</span>.</li>\n<li>Must successfully pass <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">multiple background checks</span>.</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel throughout Harrisonburg and Rockingham County to provide services.</li>\n<li>Strong communication, listening, and motivational interviewing skills.</li>\n<li>Patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse family systems.</li>\n<li>Ability to meet deadlines, maintain client safety, and uphold confidentiality.</li>\n<li>Commitment to professional development and model fidelity through ongoing supervision and training</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Resumes are required to be considered.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>We will contact you by phone or email to update you on the status of your application.
