This hands-on field leadership role is responsible for overseeing crew performance, ensuring job site safety, maintaining quality standards, and delivering projects on time with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The Solar Foreman will manage and lead crews of up to 10 team members, providing technical expertise, coordinating daily operations, and driving productivity across all assigned projects. Develop a positive working dynamic within installation crews, ARI Co-workers, and Subcontractors; Analyze and resolve worker problems and recommend solutions Organize, lead, and train crew members to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframes Check on progress of installers every hour throughout the installation to ensure the installation process is being performed to plan; Follow Construction Job Flow Procedures Ensure accuracy of your own and crew's time sheets AGT is an equal opportunity employer of protected veterans and individuals with disabilities. Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required Education High school or equivalent Experience 3+ years of Foreman experience 2 years minimum experience with Solar Installation Skills & Requirements Minimum 18 years of age Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record Successful Pre-Employment Drug Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall Ability to lift 100 LBS or more Successful Background Check NAPCEP Certified - preferred Must be able to lift 100IBS or more Statewide travel is required Proficient in English Proficient in Microsoft Office Adaptable to new technologies and web-based software systems Working Conditions | Environment | Special Requirements Full time onsite Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, State and Federal regulations.
