line-height: 15pt;'>Perform take‑offs directly from plans and schedules and validate quantities.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Perform preliminary quote evaluations of all the quotations received and make technical recommendations to the design and the vendor choices.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Develop relationships with represented manufacturers, maintain competitive advantage and stay abreast of industry trends.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Prepares submittal and pricing breakdown while evaluating equipment savings.&nbsp;</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Develop final submittals as required for timely production release and delivery of equipment.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Following the release of equipment and submittal approval, document work by maintaining files for each job including, but not limited to, internal and external customer correspondence to mitigate project risk.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Must have basic PC experience in Windows environment, working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), Web-enabled applications and intermediate level experience with Excel.&nbsp;</li><li style='margin: 0in;
