    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin:0in;font-weight:bold\"><u>ACCOUNTABILITIES &amp; ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</u></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li>Provide friendly greetings and customer service to visitors and employees on the Mouser campus. Assist employees with flat tires, tire changes, battery jumps, etc.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assess and effectively communicate any changes in the physical condition of the property. Monitor and maintain parking lots. Work with Human Resources on parking issues. Prepare parking lots for events; Groups of visitors, food trucks, etc.</li>\n <li>Work to achieve &amp; maintain overall curb appeal standards for the Company.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain common areas and entry-ways in each building.</li>\n <li>Monitor and report any issues with exterior, i.e. lighting, landscaping, flags, and sprinkler system.</li>\n <li>Power wash entries/parking spaces, periodically cleaning of glass, doors and windows in all entrances.</li>\n <li>Ensure that grounds are free from trash, receptacles are kept clean and trash picked up consistently throughout the day.</li>\n <li>General pest control</li>\n <li>Periodically operate the company shuttle van to safely transport employees between designated parking areas and the main facility. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain company shuttle van including fueling and cleaning.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain positive relationships with contractors/vendors.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and conduct maintenance and repairs.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Set-up, clean and maintain outdoor patio area and grills. Maintain grill reservations and prep/set-up for team patio events. Monitor weather.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist with interior general maintenance – painting, simple carpentry, assist other maintenance staff on projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin:0in;font-weight:bold\"><br></p>\n<p style=\"margin:0in;font-weight:bold\"><u>SKILLS &amp; CERTIFICATIONS</u></p>\n<p style=\"margin:0in;font-weight:bold\"><br></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li>Valid Driver’s License&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Able to work outside for long periods of time&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Painting, and basic carpentry&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must be able to speak, read and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out the duties&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to drive golf cart or ATV in and around heavy vehicle and pedestrian traffic areas.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Able to work independently with little supervision.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to use a Smart Phone and use company email system.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>The employee may occasionally perform duties which require working near high speed vehicles.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to work at heights, and require climbing, using ladders/lift, bending and stooping in confined areas.
