          "text": "<p><strong>Summary of Position&#xa0;</strong></p><p>The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Silfab Solar's solar products through the testing and analysis of PV cells and modules. The Technician will play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to producing high-performance and durable solar solutions.&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct quality control tests and inspections on incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished PV cells and modules to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards.&#xa0;</li><li>Operate and maintain testing equipment, including but not limited to, spectrometers, current-voltage (IV) curve testers, thermal imaging cameras, and EL (electroluminescence) testers.&#xa0;</li><li>Identify and document product defects, deviations, and non-conformities, and collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to implement corrective actions.&#xa0;</li><li>Assist in the development and improvement of testing procedures and protocols to enhance product quality and efficiency.&#xa0;</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.&#xa0;</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized records of testing data and results.&#xa0;</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
