At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Foreman will be responsible for supervising the field and subcontractor workers, and is directly responsible for field installation activities in a specifically assigned area.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide necessary tools and installation equipment in the work area prior to the arrival of workers</li>\n <li>Provide installation instruction to the workers by detailed verbal explanation or detailed sketches</li>\n <li>Provide all materials organized to ensure ease of installation in the work area</li>\n <li>Expedites tools, equipment, and materials to ensure that the workers stay in the work area</li>\n <li>Inspect and test the installation</li>\n <li>Call for code enforcement inspections</li>\n <li>Mark-up as-built drawings daily</li>\n <li>Timekeeping</li>\n <li>Enforce safety policies and respond to incidents</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 3 years commercial construction experience holding a foreman role.</li>\n <li>Ability to exhibit leadership skills that motivate, build respect and express a firm and fair attitude when directing workers.</li>\n <li>Exhibits commitment to the implementation.</li>\n <li>Experience enforcing company safety programs and OSHA regulations that result in providing a safe workplace.</li>\n <li>Communication and management skills to improve the team is required.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast paced environment.</li>\n <li>Well versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.</li>\n <li>Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>N/A</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Travel Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical Activities</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Environmental Conditions</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Quiet environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical Demands</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $27.92 - USD $37.29 /Hr.\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
