    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Daily entry of welding consumables on the Weld consumable tracking Excel document</li>\n<li>To monitor welding consumables issuance and Stock Take</li>\n<li>To monitor Stock Take for factory consumables</li>\n<li>To raise Material Request for procurement of factory consumables</li>\n<li>To update factory consumable receiving on Stock Database</li>\n<li>To assist documentation for Material request Slip &amp; GRN.</li>\n<li>Prepare Delivery Note on daily basis for outgoing Materials/ Equipment’s</li>\n<li>Issuance of Purchase Order via Database for factory consumable inventory after use (Stock Management)</li>\n<li>Daily entry of material received into Store System (Project &amp; Factory Consumable)</li>\n<li>To maintain systematic filing system for GRN &amp; Material Issue slip related to ISO documentation</li>\n<li>To assist in preparing packing list based on instruction by Manager</li>\n<li>Other tasks and responsibilities assigned as and when required by the company from time to time</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills and Experience:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least two (2) years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, and record keeping is required for this position</li>\n<li>Candidate must possess at related technical certificates for any field of studies. Preferably personnel specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material &amp; Warehouse Management or equivalent</li>\n<li>Good computer knowledge</li>\n<li>Candidate must be willing to work in Rasa</li>\n<li>Knowledge of: storekeeping and inventory control procedures; recordkeeping and other clerical procedures including care and maintenance of equipment and supplies; safety and security practices</li>\n<li>Equipped with basic mechanical concepts including ability to read, interpret, and carry out written and oral instructions</li>\n<li>Attention to details, strong teamwork spirit and positive working attitude</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
