We proudly serve a diverse customer base that includes manufacturers, importers, dealers, and car rental companies.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Accounting Manager</span> to lead our accounting, finance, and tax functions within a fast-paced vehicle logistics environment. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong background in accounting and financial management, adept at handling multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and driving process improvements. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with both local and international accounting standards, and optimizing tax practices. The Accounting Manager will lead and develop the accounting team, collaborating across departments to support company growth and financial health. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Reporting directly to the CEO, FERST key responsibilities include:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Manage all financial activities, including invoicing, collections, payments, and cost accounting, ensuring quality control, ERP system alignment, and compliance with company policies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Coordinate with the accounting operations to ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes. Oversee the integrity of all accounting records and ensure compliance with GAAP or IFRS standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports, leveraging Power BI or similar tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Lead the budgeting process in collaboration with department heads, compiling financial projections aligned with business goals and group objectives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Implement cost-control measures, monitor expenditure against budgets, and perform detailed profitability analyses to enhance financial efficiency.
