This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance with FSC standards, supply chain documentation, and audit readiness across our operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing documentation, compliance records, and communication with log buyers, suppliers, and third-party consultants. They are a self-starter with strong attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy across all compliance documentation. Responsibilities include: Maintain and support compliance with Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) standards and Chain of Custody certification requirements Assist with preparation and coordination of annual FSC audits and ongoing audit readiness Ensure all compliance documentation, supplier records, and tracking information are accurate and up to date Collect sourcing information from log buyers and verify documentation regarding where logs originate Manage and maintain supply chain matrix spreadsheets and related tracking systems Review and process documentation for new suppliers and buyers Work alongside third-party consultants to support certification and compliance efforts Verify that all documentation, certifications, and reporting contain accurate numbers and information Help ensure all wood materials are ethically and sustainably sourced in accordance with company standards and regulations Maintain organized digital records using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products Support internal teams with compliance-related questions and documentation needs Other duties as assigned
