They are a self-starter with strong attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy across all compliance documentation.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain and support compliance with Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) standards and Chain of Custody certification requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with preparation and coordination of annual FSC audits and ongoing audit readiness&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all compliance documentation, supplier records, and tracking information are accurate and up to date&nbsp;</li><li>Collect sourcing information from log buyers and verify documentation regarding where logs originate&nbsp;</li><li>Manage and maintain supply chain matrix spreadsheets and related tracking systems&nbsp;</li><li>Review and process documentation for new suppliers and buyers&nbsp;</li><li>Work alongside third-party consultants to support certification and compliance efforts&nbsp;</li><li>Verify that all documentation, certifications, and reporting contain accurate numbers and information&nbsp;</li><li>Help ensure all wood materials are ethically and sustainably sourced in accordance with company standards and regulations&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain organized digital records using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products&nbsp;</li><li>Support internal teams with compliance-related questions and documentation needs</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>",
