You’ll ensure our trucks are shipping premium window and door orders to our customers so deliveries can be made accurately and on time.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You'll enjoy flexible scheduling options, competitive compensation, and a Total Rewards package that includes a company-funded wellbeing account to use towards anything that helps you feel happy and healthy.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Select the schedule that works best for you!</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Monday – Thursday shift option with mandatory overtime generally every other Friday:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>1st Shift:</strong> 5:30AM - 3:30PM <strong>Pay:</strong> $22.50 per hour </li>\n   <li><strong>2nd Shift:</strong> 3:30PM - 1:30AM <strong>Pay:</strong> $24.50 per hour ($22.50 + $2 differential rate)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Friday - Sunday shift option</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Weekend Shift:</strong> 6:00AM - 6:00PM <strong>Pay:</strong> $26.50 per hour ($22.50 + $4 differential rate)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Highlights of your role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Read, sort and process complete orders of Marvin windows and doors</li>\n <li>Efficiently load products manually into trucks in an organized and safe manner</li>\n <li>Monitor accuracy of products being scanned and loaded onto trucks</li>\n <li>Occasional use of forklift to move and deliver parts throughout the facility</li>\n <li>Document department data accurately and complete required paperwork</li>\n <li>Take responsibility for maintaining or repairing shipping carts and racking</li>\n <li>Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power hand tools, scanners, and computers</li>\n <li>Work closely with your team and department supervisor to identify, prevent, or solve any mechanical or defective material issues</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lift a range of different shaped objects weighing 10 lbs. to 80 lbs.</li>\n <li>Carry product ranging from 10 lbs. to 80 lbs. from one area to another</li>\n <li>Push and pull product that weighs up to 85 lbs.</li>\n <li>Bend, twist, stoop, and climb</li>\n <li>Stand and walk on concrete</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Also want to make sure you have</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A high school diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Ability to lift 80 pounds or more repetitively throughout your shift</li>\n <li>Previous forklift/industrial vehicle operation experience</li>\n <li>The ability to obtain and retain proper forklift/industrial vehicle license requirements</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills</li>\n <li>The ability to work successfully with a diverse workforce</li>\n <li>A strong work ethic to work independently with accuracy</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin</h2>\n<p>From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
