This role requires strong technical execution, product knowledge, and the ability to balance speed with precision while working in changing outdoor conditions.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The ideal candidate has prior experience in high-volume operations while maintaining elevated technique and presentation. Outdoor Bartenders must remain professional, energetic, and attentive while working in heat, sun exposure, humidity, and occasional rain, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable experience for guests.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Bar Service &amp; Guest Experience</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Greet guests in a warm, professional manner and create an inviting bar atmosphere.</li><li>Prepare, mix, garnish, and present beverages according to established recipes, standards, and portion controls.</li><li>Describe, recommend, and educate guests on cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer offerings.</li><li>Verify guest identification, monitor alcohol consumption, and act appropriately in accordance with responsible service standards.</li><li>Maintain composure and professionalism during high-volume service periods.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Product Knowledge &amp; Execution</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer.</li><li>Execute cocktails with consistency, accuracy, and attention to presentation.</li><li>Maintain quality standards while adapting to volume and service demands.</li><li>Stay current on menu offerings, seasonal cocktails, and promotional features.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Bar Setup, Stocking &amp; Organization</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily, including stocking beer, wine, spirits, glassware, garnishes, and supplies based on projected volume.</li><li>Prepare, cut, store, and rotate fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure quality and freshness.</li><li>Keep the bar, storage areas, and workstations clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.</li><li>Perform opening and closing duties.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Team &amp; Operational Support</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Communicate effectively with servers, management, and support staff to ensure smooth service flow.</li><li>Attend required meetings and ongoing training sessions.</li><li>Perform general cleaning and side work as assigned.</li><li>Complete additional duties as needed to support overall bar and restaurant operations.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Internal Relationships</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Reports to Restaurant General Manager.</li><li>Works closely with Front of House, Culinary, and Stewarding teams.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>External Relationships</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Has regular interaction with restaurant members and guests.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Working knowledge of beverage preparation, bar operations, and service standards.</li><li>Strong foundation in spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer.</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and presentation.</li><li>Professional demeanor and strong guest engagement skills.</li><li>Proficiency with POS systems.</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly in English with guests and team members.</li><li>Ability to work standing for extended periods and in heat, sun, humidity, and occasional rain.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Education &amp; Experience Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Prior bartending experience required; luxury or high-volume resort experience preferred.</li><li>Food Handler certification required.</li><li>Responsible Vendor Certification required where applicable.</li><li>CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
