JOB SUMMARY
As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will own the client experience end-to-end - sourcing business, structuring loans, educating borrowers, and closing deals. This role is ideal for professionals seeking autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to scale their personal brand.
WHAT WE OFFER
W-2 income guarantee to support ramp-up – based on prior W-2 earnings, we front your typical monthly income for an initial period to provide stability while you build pipeline (e.g., $10k/month prior income = $10k/month guaranteed during ramp)
High commission structure (~70% of production) with strong upside driven by competitive wholesale rates
Average earnings of $100k–$200k annually; top performers earning $300k+
Mix of borrower-paid, lender-paid, and private money loan opportunities
Bread-and-butter production target of ~5 loans per month
Flexible engagement structure with W-2 or 1099 options (benefits package coming soon)
Broker model with pricing autonomy
Basecamp CRM and mortgage creation system
Social media strategy hour after each loan close
Weekly coaching directly with leadership
Laptops provided (pre-tax monthly tech deduction)

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Originate 3-6+ loans per month, scaling up incrementally
Manage the full loan lifecycle
Build a book of business through realtor and community outreach
Utilize traditional, brokered, and private-money products
Maintain accurate CRM records using Basecamp
Participate in weekly coaching and performance reviews
Represent your personal brand professionally
