    "description_html": "<p>This position is responsible for delivering automotive parts along a predetermined route in the Grand Forks area, while providing the highest levels of customer service. The schedule/route starts and finishes every day in Grand Forks, ND. The work schedule is Monday through Friday (no nights or weekends!), working around 8 to 10-hour days, starting at around 5:00am.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements of the position:</p><ul><li>Loading and unloading of automotive parts and safely operating a parts delivery vehicle.</li><li>Delivering automotive parts to our customers on a schedule and in a timely manner.</li><li>Be personable, while building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers.</li><li>Willingness to call on, and establish, new customer accounts.</li><li>Ability to be detail-oriented with all paperwork.</li><li>Communicate with customers, our warehouse Team, and our other Team members to ensure of accurate and efficient deliveries.</li><li>Safe driving throughout each workday, ensuring all traffic laws are obeyed and no accidents occur.</li><li>Work well independently without direct supervision, remaining productive and to task throughout each working day.</li><li>Neat and professional appearance that represents our company well.</li><li>The ability to lift up to 100 pounds and be active throughout the workday (including standing, sitting, carrying, lifting, twisting, kneeling, squatting, and other work-related movements).</li><li>Candidates must be 21 years of age or older.</li><li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>DOT Health Card or the ability to obtain one.</li></ul><p>This position is paid on a commission/incentive-based Pay Plan. The compensation is comprised of an annual Base Salary of $42k <u><strong>AND</strong></u> additional incentives for key metrics of Guest Service, miles driven, and pieces delivered.
