We are seeking an Underground Forman to join our team in De Pere, WI . In this role you will complete installation of products and services, resolve and troubleshoot issues while connecting face-to-face with customers.

Oversees, coordinates and schedules the activities of construction technicians Reads blueprints to determine construction requirements and to plan procedures Inspects work progress, equipment and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met Locates, measures and marks site locations and placement of structures and equipment, using measuring and marking equipment Coordinates work activities with other construction project activities Assigns work to crews, based on material and/or worker requirements of specific jobs Estimates material and worker requirements to complete jobs Confers with managerial and technical personnel, other departments and contractors to resolve problems and to coordinate activities Orders materials and supplies, as directed Analyzes worker and production problems and recommends solutions, such as improving production methods or implementing motivational plans Trains workers in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures and company policies
