          "text": "<p><strong>Sika’s Automotive and Industry team in Madison Heights, MI is looking to strengthen its ability to provide customers with adhesive and sealant application equipment support.&#xa0; Therefore, we are looking to fill the position of Adhesive Dispensing Engineer (internally titled Systems Engineer), noting this is NOT an IT role.&#xa0; This Adhesive Dispensing Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, as well as developing robust material dispensing strategies for Sika’s bulk dispensed materials.”</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Work with customers and dispensing equipment vendors to verify Sika product compatibility and or define new equipment requirements</li><li>Support customers with guidance on proper equipment needs and by validating applications through execution of lab testing and dispensing trials</li><li>Support the R&amp; D team by defining existing application methods and by working with vendors to develop new methods and processes for application</li><li>Conduct customer site visits</li><li>Provide feedback to internal customers (Corporate TD/SENG, R&amp;D, Marketing)</li><li>Write and communicate technical service reports</li><li>Maintain safe and efficient las environments</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with equipment suppliers&#xa0;</li><li>Provide training to customers and employees</li><li>Participate in specialized fairs and conferences</li><li>Able to travel 30% in support of customer support and launch activities</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
