OR a minimum of a two-year technical degree with 3+ years of intensive experience in Quality Assurance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or consumer products environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proven knowledge and application of ISO 9001 quality management systems and general consumer product safety standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with corrective action processes, root cause analysis, and retail failure remediation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong understanding of document control and calibration procedures.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proven track record of personal reliability, punctual attendance, and the ability to execute tasks independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Certification as a Quality Auditor or Quality Engineer (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Auditor).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Deep familiarity with consumer product safety regulations (CPSC), FDA food-contact material purity compliance, and state-level chemical restriction acts (such as Washington State&#39;s Lead in Cookware regulations and shifting PFAS legislation).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prior experience directly navigating big-box retail compliance portals, mandatory testing schedules, and vendor validation hubs (such as Walmart Retail Link, Costco systems, Tracegains, or Mars repositories).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Practical familiarity with consumer products manufacturing guidelines, specifically the Cookware &amp;
