This position acts as a certified lead auditor.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Capacity:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Hourly Direct Reports</strong></p>\n<p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Quality Problem Solving</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Lead and coach production teams in the use of quality tools, root cause analysis, containment actions, 8D, and COPQ</span></li>\n <li><span>Define and implement rework instructions, quality alerts, quality walls, and controlled shipping activities as needed.</span></li>\n <li><span>Analyze internal, customer, warranty, and 0km quality issues and drive corrective actions.</span></li>\n <li><span>Train and manage quality inspectors, including third-party resources.</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain and track customer quality KPIs, process FMEAs, and build strong customer relationships through regular visits.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>New Product Launch</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Support development of PFMEAs, control plans, limit samples, and error-proofing (poka-yoke) solutions.</span></li>\n <li><span>Coordinate operator and team leader training for new product launches.</span></li>\n <li><span>Contribute to PPAP submissions, customer run-at-rate activities, and manufacturing readiness reviews.</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop standard work instructions in collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and HSE teams.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Process Control &amp; Compliance</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Audit control plan adherence, including poka-yoke verification and process controls.</span></li>\n <li><span>Monitor quality KPIs, scrap performance, and escalate non-conformances.</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain quality documentation and support layered process and 5S audits.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Participate in quality improvement initiatives and cross-functional problem-solving teams.</span></li>\n <li><span>Drive preventive actions to reduce internal and customer issues.</span></li>\n <li><span>Support plant training, lessons learned (LL), Design for Quality (DFQ), and COPQ activities.</span></li>\n <li><span>Contribute to the Quality Improvement Roadmap and continuous improvement programs.</span></li>\n <li><span>Other duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Education Level&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Bachelor's Level Degree</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Area of Study:&nbsp;Quality Management and Systems or similar. <strong>*Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Required Qualifications (Experience Level, Skills, Knowledge)</strong></p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;
