This position is to streamline supply chain and logistics by eliminating waste and improving processes through data driven analysis.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Coach and animate the Sites Logistics Engineering network:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that the site Logistics team have the right professional competencies on Logistics standards and tools through regular assessments.</li>\n<li>Detecting abnormalities and gaps versus the defined standards, contribute to set-up action plans, including those arising from repetitive / critical open incidents.</li>\n<li>Standardize job routines to perform tasks in an efficient and robust way.</li>\n<li>Drive the logistics performance through dedicated KPIs (Logistics Dashboard/P&amp;L).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Execute the Group Logistics standards, working methods, methodologies and digital solutions with site logistics engineering team:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement measured works standards in Logistics to improve direct labor efficiency (Logistics DLE).</li>\n<li>Promote standardization of packaging &amp; labeling.</li>\n<li>Implement the physical flows solutions (receiving automation, AGVs, Conveyors)</li>\n<li>Promote the efficient and accurate usage of digital solutions and standards, such as WMS - Warehouse Management System, supplier ASN, etc.</li>\n<li>Contribute to innovative solutions such as logistics flow simulation, or digital layout solutions.</li>\n<li>Ensure inventory accuracy, through robust process implementation, including cycle counting organization.</li>\n<li>Perform the AIS roadmaps and working methods assessment, including team On Job Training related to physical flows and logistics engineering.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Perform the training programs on Logistics Engineering network (Logistics engineering team, logistics flow analyst, etc.)</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Standards and tools, such as VSM, Kanban Loops calculation, Flat storage design, Line feeding design, …</li>\n<li>SC &amp; Logistics Fundamentals - physical flows &amp; logistics engineering.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we are looking for:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience in the automotive industry.</li>\n<li>2 years’ experience in related field.</li>\n<li>Travel within US (up to 40% after 1st year)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Here at Antolin, we are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workplace.
