    "description_html": "<p>&nbsp;</p><p>The Flexible Technician reports to our Assembly Supervisor and is responsible for leading and assisting all production assembly classifications as well as perform assembly work.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.?</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Assign assembler to stations as required to provide scheduled production in accordance with orders received from the planner and responsible for maintaining a minimal \"Late List\".&nbsp;</li><li>Direct various set-up activities which include obtaining necessary parts and assembly jigs for each station, instruct assemblers in the methods of assembly and provide hand tools as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in successful implementation of new or revised products into assembly.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in production of engineering prototyping and custom samples for sales.&nbsp;</li><li>Quality Control of assembled parts to assure conformance with quality requirements; instruct personnel concerning errors or adjustments necessary in the assembly process, information appropriate Engineering if necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>Advise the planner of inventory records involving minimums and maximums to prevent material shortages; provide daily pick sheets to the Stock Room for material needed to support production.&nbsp;</li><li>Advise Supervisor of part shortages, aid in expediting part, and prepare lead-time estimates and completion time of various assembly orders to determine labor need and availability and plan reassignment to various stations.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain production time, attendance, and other records and charts on line performance.&nbsp;</li><li>When necessary, request maintenance assistance; operate forklift, keep the assembly area neat and orderly by directing sweeping and cleaning activities, and the return of unused parts to inventory.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s):</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Occupational Safety&nbsp;</li><li>Production Cycle Time&nbsp;</li><li>Operation Efficiency&nbsp;</li><li>Finished Goods Quality&nbsp;</li><li>Customer On-Time Delivery&nbsp;</li><li>Management line scheduling visibility&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p>",
